Alan J. Dabbiere, Chairman

Alan J. Dabbiere joined Wandering WiFi in December 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Dabbiere founded Manhattan Associates, the world’s leading provider of supply chain execution and RFID systems. Mr. Dabbiere served as President and CEO from 1990 through 1999, and added Chairman of the Board of Directors following Manhattan Associates’ initial public offering in 1998 (NASDAQ:MANH), through 2003. In 2002 Mr. Dabbiere relocated to Japan to handle the successful Asian expansion for the company. Today, Manhattan Associates is a company with over 1200 customers, 1700 employees around the world, and $250 million in revenue.

In 2005, Manhattan Associates was honored by Cape Horn Strategies as one of only 3 public software companies with 15 years of consecutive profitability and growth and was named the leading supply chain execution software provider for the 5th consecutive year by Modern Material Handling. In 2003, the company was named by Forbes Magazine as a “Best of the Web” Company, and was on INC. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in both 1996 and 1997.

Mr. Dabbiere was named Ernst & Young’s Southeast Industry Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 for his leadership. In November 1998, The Wall Street Journal, highlighted his commitment to furthering education in technology through Manhattan Associates’ partnership with Georgia Institute of Technology and the innovative and successful approach to employee recruiting at this institution. As part of this initiative Mr. Dabbiere endowed a chair for supply chain studies at Georgia Tech.

Prior to Manhattan Associates, Mr. Dabbiere was a consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), a management consulting firm specializing in the consumer products, retail and healthcare sectors. Mr. Dabbiere has served as a member of the President’s Advisory Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Advisory Board of Emory University’s Roberto C. Goizueta Business School. Mr. Dabbiere received both his bachelor’s degree in chemistry and his MBA from Indiana University.

John Marshall, President and CEO

John Marshall founded Wandering WiFi in 2003. Prior to founding Wandering WiFi, Mr. Marshall helped launch Celarix, a leader in Global Supply Chain Visibility. As VP of Marketing Strategy for Celarix, Mr. Marshall was responsible for designing the company’s product solutions and developing the go-to-market strategy. Mr. Marshall also led business development activities with technology and transportation partners in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Celarix was acquired in 2002 by Global Exchange Systems, formerly GE Information Systems.

Prior to joining Celarix, Mr. Marshall filled a variety of roles at Manhattan Associates during its fast paced growth. Mr. Marshall led the design and deployment of warehousing and supply chain solutions for over 30 domestic and international retailers and manufacturers, developed the Knowledge Management Group, helped launch international operations in the UK and mainland Europe, and designed software modules relating to transportation, load planning and global logistics. Mr. Marshall received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
