Q: What do you like most about working at AirWatch?
- A: From day one, I’ve had amazing opportunities to help build and grow a company. It’s crazy at times and definitely busy, but always fun, exciting and definitely rewarding. I also have to say, I love the people that I get to work with here. It’s a great team of young, smart people that make me look forward to coming to work every day.
- A: I’ve worked on several projects throughout my time with AirWatch and I’ve traveled the world. One of the coolest offices I’ve seen has to be the Red Bull office in Santa Monica – or Urban Outfitters in Pennsylvania. I got to spend a week in Taiwan trying to win the business of Diageo. We succeeded, by the way. And they are still a client today. I recently was able to travel to Dubai to help expand our presence in the Middle East – what an amazing experience!
- A: Engaging with clients on a day-to-day basis can be challenging. But it’s also one of the greatest parts of my job. It keeps the work exciting, and after 3.5 years, I still learn something new every day. I work with Fortune 500 companies using the latest technologies and security features available and I help them build solutions to deploy mobile devices across their entire enterprise. I’m literally helping to change the game for these companies, and that’s really cool.
- A: I thought, as a first-year college graduate, that I would be doing a lot of grunt work – I wasn’t looking forward to it but I was willing to put in my time. I was so wrong. From the start, I was in meetings with the CEO, face-to-face with customers, and hands-on in shaping the direction of our technology. I felt like I made an impact right away. How many people get to say that about the first year of their career?
