AirWatch Appoints Rick Franke to Lead Professional Services Organization

Franke Brings 20 Years of Experience Scaling, Managing and Cultivating Successful Professional Services Organizations; Franke Led a Team of 540 Members that Implemented and Supported Mission-critical Enterprise Applications

In this role, Franke will be responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing support of AirWatch’s MDM solution to the company’s global customer base, which now numbers more than 1,000.

Prior to joining AirWatch, Franke served as Manhattan Associates’ (NASDAQ: MANH) senior vice president, Professional Services, responsible for all software delivery and consulting services for this $295 million supply chain solution company. Franke joined Manhattan Associates in 1997 to help develop the services practice. During his tenure, services revenue grew from approximately $14 million annually to $175 million annually, with the professional service organization growing from approximately 40 to 540 members.

Prior to his tenure at Manhattan Associates, Franke held management-consulting positions at Kurt Salmon and Associates and HNC Software’s retail division. He received his MBA from Emory University and bachelor of science degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.
