AirWatch Implementation Methodology (AIM)
Regardless of a project’s size or scope, AirWatch’s implementation teams use the AirWatch Implementation Methodology (AIM), the company’s proprietary implementation methodology, to initiate and manage the installation of the AirWatch solution. AIM guides both the technical and functional aspects of every installation.
AIM breaks down the implementation process into three distinct stages: Blueprint, Prepare and Deploy. The phases are flexible and are often executed concurrently while maintaining clear milestones, deliverables and communication each step of the way. Throughout the implementation process, work-book style documentation is provided to the customer to configure mobility governing rules for, among other things, authentication, security, application management, content management and device life cycle policies based upon user roles and groups.
