Professional services is offered in two categories, quick start and health check. Quick start packages are designed to onboard new users, and health check packages are for ongoing services after go-live.
The configuration program is designed to ensure your AirWatch environment is configured and aligned with your organization’s mobility goals. An AirWatch consultant will assist with a design review, integration assistance, as well as setup policies for mobile security, device management (MDM), application management (MAM), content management (MCM), and email management (MEM). When the engagement is completed, you will have infrastructure in place and knowledge at hand to continue your full device roll out. Quick Start Configuration programs are designed for deployments of 250 devices or less, 251 - 5,000 devices, 5,001 - 10,000 devices. Custom programs are available for deployments over 10,000 devices.

Once in place AirWatch will assist with installing AirWatch software components. The health check program is designed for all customers interested in a holistic review of their use of the AirWatch solution. The package includes both a technical and functional review. Whether you are interested in a system review before go-live, or an assessment and optimization post go-live, the health check program will leave you with the tools to increase solution value for your users. The health check is applicable to all deployment models (cloud, on-premise and appliance); and is typically conducted during a two-day on-site engagement. Prior to the site visit, AirWatch hosts a brief remote meeting to prepare for the health check. The Health Check program is designed for deployments of 250 devices or less, 251 - 5,000 devices, 5,001 - 10,000 devices. Custom programs are available for deployments over 10,000 devices.
Support services are available in discounted 1 day (8 hour) increments, and can be used for custom training, configuration and deployment support, custom documentation, integration with existing infrastructure (LDAP/AD, CA, Exchange, etc.), and more. AirWatch resources can provide support remotely or on-site, according to normal business hours locally.
