Complete Mobility Management for Windows Phone

Enrollment

Enrollment

AirWatch's simple enrollment process provides an intuitive enrollment experience for Windows Phone users through secure web-based enrollment. Enable multi-factor authentication to ensure device security and require users to accept a Terms of Use agreement. Upon enrollment, the device is automatically configured with profiles, apps and content.

Security

To secure Windows Phone devices, AirWatch enables basic, directory service and token-based authentication. You can configure corporate and user certificates, and credential requirements. Administrators can configure restructions such as disabling camera and screen capture to protect corporate information and maximize data loss prevention.

Profiles

Profiles

With AirWatch, you can configure profiles for automatic or on-demand deployment. Profiles are integrated with a user’s AD assignment, so you can be sure that each user has the proper access and restrictions. Email profiles allow you to configure native email clients including EAS, POP and IMAP. Administrators can also configure profiles for passcode policies, encryption settings, restrictions and credentials, including root and user certificates.

Applications

AirWatch enables you to manage applications on Windows Phone devices. The AirWatch App Catalog is an out-of-the box, customizable Company Hub that integrates with the Windows Store. For private app distribution, the custom Company Hub can distribute enterprise apps with application enrollment tokens (AET). Create whitelists and blacklists for private and public applications. Apps can be updated over-the-air and enterprise apps can be silently removed from devices.

From the admin console, administrators can view device information, including name, model, manufacturer, UDID and OS version; device health, including device battery and memory levels; carrier network; and GPS information. Users can monitor devices from the self-service portal. The self-service portal gives users visibility into installed apps, installed certificates and corporate compliance rules.
